Being a part of the community means opportunities for meaningful friendships, like the one shared by Andrew Bilotta and K99 Radio's Nancy Wilson. Whether it's staying in touch by phone or being together at a community activity, there are always smiles between them. Nancy joyfully serves as a member of our Partners For Community Living Joint Development Committee..

Our Community is Better Together.

We stand by and advocate for the people we serve in their roles as friends, employees, neighbors and citizens through our innovation in and commitment to community integration and continuing partnerships.

People First...

People First.

"I'd like to say thank you to everyone at Choices In Community Living for everything they've done for me. They turned my life around. The list of thank yous goes on without end. How lucky I feel to be at Choices!" - Donnie Rice.

Our Choices Family.

Our services are open to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who live in our service area and who are Medicaid-eligible. We partner with County Boards of Developmental Disabilities Services to determine eligibility, service options, program/service determination and ongoing review and evaluation. Contact your local County Board for more information about eligibility and current service options.

Person-Centered Planning.

Whether it is an individual looking for services, or someone who has been part of our extended Choices family for years, we support each individual and their family member in offering and selecting service options that meet their interests, needs, goals and dreams.

We comply with rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, with full support of their long-term strategic planning that focuses on individualized services and supports.
