Dedicated & Professional Staff.

People First...
People First.
"I'd like to say thank you to everyone at Choices In Community Living for everything they've done for me. They turned my life around. The list of thank yous goes on without end. How lucky I feel to be at Choices!" - Donnie Rice.

Our Choices Family.
Our services are open to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who live in our service area and who are Medicaid-eligible. We partner with County Boards of Developmental Disabilities Services to determine eligibility, service options, program/service determination and ongoing review and evaluation. Contact your local County Board for more information about eligibility and current service options.

Person-Centered Planning.
Whether it is an individual looking for services, or someone who has been part of our extended Choices family for years, we support each individual and their family member in offering and selecting service options that meet their interests, needs, goals and dreams.
We comply with rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, with full support of their long-term strategic planning that focuses on individualized services and supports.
Leading Our Mission.
Choices is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees that represents families, those who receive services, business and the community.
Board members Larry Hansgen and Myron Rheaume represent our Choices Board as members of the Joint Development Committee for Partners For Community Living.
